This range of spices will generously coat four chicken breasts, so just adjust the quantity to suit your meal size.
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Just mix up all those spices, then coat your chicken breats with them, and fry them gently in coconut oil until they are cooked through.
