Or so they tell me.
- 500g ground pork
- 350g shredded cabbage or cole slaw mix
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp liquid chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Get your wok or pan hot, and brown the pork. Make sure you break it up so there are no large chunks.
Add the coconut aminos and chicken broth, stir through.
Add in the minced garlic, ground ginger, sriracha and combine. Cook for a few minutes and reduce the liquid
Stir in the cole slaw mix and cook to your desired crunchy level.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sliced shallots and sesame seeds.
