Keto Pancakes V1

These are quite good just with a little melted butter over them to serve. Avoid drowning them in honey or other syrups, they are full of sugar and while they taste great they are all bad for your well being.

  • 60g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • A dash of stevia if you want to add a little sweetness. Not really required.

Just blend it all together, preferably in your Thermomix 🙂 and cook like any other pancake.
