Simple and delicious, just how we like it at our house 🙂

  • 50 Grams Coconut Oil
  • 250 grams chopped onion
  • 100 grams fresh ginger
  • 250 grams red capsicum
  •  25 grams red chilli
  • 1kg Beef Mince (fatty as you can get)
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Tumeric
  • 1/2 Wombok

To Serve

  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado

Put the coconut oil in a wok and sautee the onions until golden brown.

Drop in the mince and brown it off completely.

Put the spices in and stir through the mince, then put the capsicum, ginger and chilli in.

As that continues to cook, chop up the wombox and put that in.

Leave it for 5-10 minutes for the wombok to soften.

Serve with a generous dollop of sour cream, half an avocado and liberal salt.

The recipe makes 2kg of the main meal. A service size is approx. 300 grams. Serve with 75 Grams of sour cream and half an avocado.
