These are a great little treat or snack, full of healthy fats and quite tasty!
3 tbsp Cacao Powder310g Coconut Oil3 Cups Shredded Coconut1/2 tsp Sweetener1 tsp Raw Honey200g Cashews or Almonds or a mixture
Smash the nuts in the Thermomix (or buy crushed nuts to start with), then just mix everything together, form into balls and put them into the fridge to set. You’ll want the coconut oil to be melted before you start so if its really cold you might need to heat it up first.
