These are some super tasty burgers. To keep things low carb, just don’t eat them with a hamburger bun. I find I can eat two of them and that will completely satisfy me, but if you are hungrier, eating a 3rd, or adding a green leafy salad will see you right.
- 1 Kilo of Beef Mince
- 2 Shallots finely chopped
- 1 Cup of Spinach, finely choped
- 1 Large tomato, diced into small pieces
- 200 grams of Feta Cheese
- 3 teaspoons of freshly chopped dill (use half that if using dried dill)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Just combine all the ingredients into a consistent mixture and fry gently in a pan. They are delicious!
