These little guys are delicious! Make up a huge batch and pop them in the freezer for a quick and easy snack, or steam some vegetables for a full main meal.
- 650g lean mince beef
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius
This couldn’t be simpler, just combine everything into one big bowl, and mix well. Then, shape small amounts into balls, roughly the size of a walnut, and place them on a baking tray. Once they are all ready, cover the tray with foil and bake for about 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
