Curry Rolls

These things are pretty tasty, and best of all, very easy to whip up. Make them with your kids for a great dinner time treat!

  • Puff Pastry
  • 2 Teaspoons crushed ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup non fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup green beans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sharwoods Rajmah vegetable curry

It should be fairly obvious how this goes; You get all those ingredients (not the puff pastry people!) and mix them well together, then just make rolls out of it with the puff pastry.

Baste the pastry and bake until golden brown. Mmmmmmmm.

I couldn’t find Sharwoods Rajmah vegetable curry, so I grabbed a Patak’s brand indian curry of one flavour or another, and it turned out great. Just get what you like, they should all work, more or less. 🙂
