This one I bake on Sundays, cut up into 8 portions and freeze for lunches during the week. Also makes a super easy to prepare dinner, just boil some vegetables or prepare some salad and microwave the portions and serve!
- 2 Jars of Leggo’s Lasange Bake
- 1 Packet of Lasange sheets
- 2 Zucchini roughly chopped
- 2 Carrots roughly chopped
- 1 Kilo Super Lean Mince
- Grated Cheese
Just fry up the mince in a little oil (boil the mince first if you have time to remove some of the fat), throw in the cucumber and carrot, fry that for a bit, then throw in the jars of lasange bake and cook for a few minutes.
Start with a layer of the mix in the bottom of your baking dish, then a layer of lasagne sheets, then repeat until you have filled the dish or run out of mix. Cover the top with grated cheese. Back until the cheese is golden brown, and your done!
